* Can I track child/ attendant ratios?
Yes. Parent Pager offers the Automated Ratio Tracking System (ARTS). ARTS will track all ratios, and even page a supervisor if a child/attendant ratio is out of balance. ARTS also provides a “Center Current Status” function that allows the system administrator to view in real-time the ratio status (Green - Good, Yellow – Early Warning, Red – Full) of each station and the photos and names of attendants and children in each care station while displaying the current child/attendant ratio. No longer will the center’s administrator need to run to the various stations to verify ratios. And if one station requires more staff support than another, an attendant can be easily transferred from another station or called in from “On-Call” status.
